Apostle Tywuante D. Lupoe is a seasoned apostolic voice, prophetic builder and kingdom architect whose call reaches beyond the walls of any single church and into nations. He is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Ruach City Church in Riviera Beach, Florida, a Spirit-filled apostolic and prophetic congregation built on the fivefold ministry, authentic discipleship and the manifest presence of God, where believers are equipped and sent rather than simply gathered. He is also the Founder of Project Hope Worldwide Outreach Ministry, which carries humanitarian and gospel outreach into underserved communities in the Philippines and Jamaica, and of the Basilea Leadership Institute, an apostolic training center that raises up fivefold ministers, marketplace leaders and kingdom builders through its curriculum and its Kingdom Blueprint Coaching System. He serves as Regional Director for the Gospel Industry Network and sits on the Apostolic Council of the Gathering of Warriors Prayer Network. He served in the United States Army from 1996 to 2002 as a Combat Documentation and Production Specialist, and is a music producer and the author of "God Got You," "REACH" and "The Jericho Frequency." He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership at Grand Canyon University. He and his wife and ministry partner, Prophetess Katissa Lupoe, are the parents of four children: Emmanuel, David, Kaylee and Joshua.

Apostle Dr. Titus Felix Apostle Dr. Titus Felix Opening Day motivator, presider and ordination

Apostle Dr. Felix was born in the village of Fishing Pond, Sangre Grande, Trinidad and Tobago, the second of six children and the only son born to Agustin and Una Felix. His spiritual journey began in 1977, and continued in 1988 under the late Reverend Leopold Wright of Mt. Nebo S.B. Church in Brooklyn, New York. He was ordained in 1993 and held the office of Deacon for six years while studying at the Christian Bible Institute in Brooklyn. In 1997 he received an associate degree in Christian Studies and was licensed as an Affiliate Bible Instructor, was ordained a Pastor in 1999, and became Assistant Pastor of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church in 2001, serving nursing homes and homeless shelters. He received his Bachelor of Theology as valedictorian from Hope For All Bible College in 2003. In 2005 he and his family relocated to Florida, where he founded El Shaddai Bible Ministries, Inc. of North Port and serves as Senior Pastor and Overseer. At the Community Bible Institute and Seminary Brevard he serves as Vice President, and previously as instructor and Dean of Student Affairs, where he earned his Master of Theology and Doctor of Divinity, followed by his Ph.D. in 2023. He was consecrated a Bishop and an Apostle in 2016. He is Chairperson of the North Port Chapter of 1199 Retirees, a chaplain of the North Port Police Department, Bishop of Vincent C.G.I.C. in Haiti, and a board member of the Hope Love Dynamic Movement of Trinidad. He and FirstLady Teacher Charmaine Felix married in 1994 and have four children, Latisha, Nicola, Curticha and Oswald Jr., and five grandchildren. His life follows the assignment of Matthew 28:19-20.
