Apostle Dr. Sandra Mitchell is the Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer and President of Daystar Ministries of Fort Lauderdale, Inc., doing business as Daystar Connect, where she serves as an ordained Apostle, Prophetess and Senior Pastor. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Freedom Global Restoration Convention, which heads a governing ordaining body through which many have been set in office, from minister to the office of apostle. For more than thirty years she has served as Strategic Planning Director for Daystar Ministries, working in development and growth, counseling and conflict resolution, and the writing of policy and procedure with an emphasis on compliance. As Project Manager for the Daystar Steelband, an evangelistic outreach, she has ministered through music, preaching and prophecy in cities across the United States and in Panama, Haiti, Antigua, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Her international work centers on the Haiti Mission, where she gives apostolic covering to a growing number of churches and pastors, including an orphanage. Nationally she covers Daystar Connect, Aim International Ministries, FGRC, Legacy Pact and Full Flame Production. She holds an Associate of Science in Nursing, a Bachelor of Ministry, magna cum laude, and a Master of Theology from International Seminary.

Rev. Jonathan Mitchell serves as Co-Host of the Freedom Global Restoration Convention and Vice President of FGRC, carrying general oversight of administration, management and operations across the convention week. A senior program and business leader by profession, he brings extensive experience in strategic leadership and operations management, and has led cross-functional teams through high impact initiatives in sales enablement and program development. He is known for building data-driven programs that streamline operations, lift engagement and certification, and align teams around measurable results. That same discipline shapes his work here, from load-in and room setup through registration, the Welcome Reception, and the special activities that carry the convention experience from one day to the next.

Apostle Tywuante D. Lupoe is a seasoned apostolic voice, prophetic builder and kingdom architect whose call reaches beyond the walls of any single church and into nations. He is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Ruach City Church in Riviera Beach, Florida, a Spirit-filled apostolic and prophetic congregation built on the fivefold ministry, authentic discipleship and the manifest presence of God, where believers are equipped and sent rather than simply gathered. He is also the Founder of Project Hope Worldwide Outreach Ministry, which carries humanitarian and gospel outreach into underserved communities in the Philippines and Jamaica, and of the Basilea Leadership Institute, an apostolic training center that raises up fivefold ministers, marketplace leaders and kingdom builders through its curriculum and its Kingdom Blueprint Coaching System. He serves as Regional Director for the Gospel Industry Network and sits on the Apostolic Council of the Gathering of Warriors Prayer Network. He served in the United States Army from 1996 to 2002 as a Combat Documentation and Production Specialist, and is a music producer and the author of "God Got You," "REACH" and "The Jericho Frequency." He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership at Grand Canyon University. He and his wife and ministry partner, Prophetess Katissa Lupoe, are the parents of four children: Emmanuel, David, Kaylee and Joshua.

Born in the twin-island nation of Trinidad and Tobago, Apostle Stephen Clarke was called into ministry at an early age. Since answering that call he has traveled extensively throughout the United States and internationally, conducting revivals and faithfully proclaiming the whole counsel of God. He is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Spirit of Praise International Center in Hollywood, Florida. Alongside his apostolic calling, God has greatly used him in the prophetic ministry under a powerful anointing, bringing encouragement, direction and spiritual insight to the Body of Christ. A devoted servant of God, he is committed to a lifestyle of prayer, fasting and the diligent study of the Word, and gives himself to feeding God's people with fresh, life-changing teaching and preaching each week. His passion for ministry is matched by his devotion to family, and he treasures the time spent with his wife, Michele, and their two children, Destiny and Joshua. He is the author of "The Prophet Has Spoken: When Will It Come to Pass," which addresses personal prophecy and its fulfillment in the life of the believer. Above all, his greatest desire is to please God, fulfill His purpose, and inspire others to walk confidently into their God-given destinies.

Chief Apostle Reginald E. Parker was born June 10, 1960 in Monroe, Louisiana, the son of the late Robert C. Parker and Alberta Parker. He is Chief Apostle of Rivers of Life Restoration Ministry, Inc. of New Port Richey, Florida, and now resides in Spring Hill. He pursued higher education with a focus on biblical studies, earning both a bachelor's and a master's degree, and has preached across the length and breadth of the United States, with his voice carried by radio broadcast into other countries. Alongside his ministry he has built a long career in construction spanning forty-seven years, and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Repar Enterprises, LLC, which serves clients across Arkansas and Louisiana and is now headquartered in Florida. He is married to Overseer Apostle Priscella Parker, and together they have built a blended family of seven children, fifteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. His motto is Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

Apostle Dr. Felix was born in the village of Fishing Pond, Sangre Grande, Trinidad and Tobago, the second of six children and the only son born to Agustin and Una Felix. His spiritual journey began in 1977, and continued in 1988 under the late Reverend Leopold Wright of Mt. Nebo S.B. Church in Brooklyn, New York. He was ordained in 1993 and held the office of Deacon for six years while studying at the Christian Bible Institute in Brooklyn. In 1997 he received an associate degree in Christian Studies and was licensed as an Affiliate Bible Instructor, was ordained a Pastor in 1999, and became Assistant Pastor of Mt. Nebo Baptist Church in 2001, serving nursing homes and homeless shelters. He received his Bachelor of Theology as valedictorian from Hope For All Bible College in 2003. In 2005 he and his family relocated to Florida, where he founded El Shaddai Bible Ministries, Inc. of North Port and serves as Senior Pastor and Overseer. At the Community Bible Institute and Seminary Brevard he serves as Vice President, and previously as instructor and Dean of Student Affairs, where he earned his Master of Theology and Doctor of Divinity, followed by his Ph.D. in 2023. He was consecrated a Bishop and an Apostle in 2016. He is Chairperson of the North Port Chapter of 1199 Retirees, a chaplain of the North Port Police Department, Bishop of Vincent C.G.I.C. in Haiti, and a board member of the Hope Love Dynamic Movement of Trinidad. He and FirstLady Teacher Charmaine Felix married in 1994 and have four children, Latisha, Nicola, Curticha and Oswald Jr., and five grandchildren. His life follows the assignment of Matthew 28:19-20.

Apostle Priscella Parker was born in Miami, Florida, the second of thirteen children. She accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior in August 1982 and has since given her life to serving others and spreading the Gospel, traveling extensively across the United States to minister in churches of every kind. She began operating as a Prophetess in 1994, and that calling led her to establish Rivers of Life Restoration Ministry in Tampa, Florida, where she serves as founder and pastor in Apostolic and Prophetic ministry. Consecrated as an Apostle in 2007, she was a trailblazer at a time when women's roles in church leadership were often overlooked, and she serves today as an apostle to apostles as well as a mentor and spiritual mother to many. Her ministry initiatives include a food and clothing pantry, evangelistic and college outreaches, children's and men's ministries, women's conferences, a widow's ministry and a K-8 scholars academy. She has been recognized by the Cambridge Who's Who registry and is a member of the National Association of Professional Women and the NAACP. She is married to Chief Apostle Reginald Parker. Her favorite saying, "Keep it moving," captures a life of steady advance.

Apostle Dr. Karliss Kimbrough, Ph.D., is a global humanitarian, apostolic leader, counselor and wellness intervention specialist who ministers across the United States and internationally. A sought-after conference speaker, she is known for bringing healing, alignment and transformation through faith, education and compassionate outreach. For more than thirty years she has served in ministry alongside her husband, Pastor Charles G. Kimbrough. She is a retired United States military veteran who served in joint commands including CENTCOM and SOCOM, and afterward entered federal service as a laboratory demonstration scientist at the Army Burn Center, where she established its first outpatient burn clinic and its first graduate medical education department before retiring in December 2025. Her humanitarian work began in 1987, when she founded the House of Refuge Feeding and Safe House Ministry out of her own home in Tampa, Florida. She went on to establish Grace House of Refuge Fellowship Church in Texas, Abba's Precious Jewels Outreach Ministries, and a community development corporation, and she provides apostolic covering to churches in the United States, Kenya and Uganda. She is the mother of two, grandmother of fifteen, and spiritual mother to more than twenty.

Prophet Charmaine Holman carries an anointing to realign identity, awaken purpose and ignite transformation within the Body of Christ. As Senior Pastor of The Exchange Global Ministries in Houston, she leads with prophetic precision, spiritual authority and a deep commitment to seeing God's people restored, revived and repositioned for destiny. She is the visionary behind Breathe Again: The Spiritual Alignment, a movement that activates revival, healing, clarity of calling, deliverance and breakthrough, helping believers exchange fear for faith, insecurity for confidence and pain for divine purpose. With more than twenty years of devotion to the Lord, and since fully embracing her prophetic calling in 2017, her ministry has been marked by miracles, signs and wonders, and by encounters that uproot bondage and awaken true identity in Christ. Her sessions are known for sharpening spiritual gifts and equipping leaders to walk boldly in their assignments. She is the author of the new release "Arise, Breathe Again, and Live on Purpose."

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Pastor Charles G. Kimbrough accepted the Lord Jesus Christ at the age of fourteen and attended Glory Baptist Church until December 1979, when he left to serve in the United States Air Force. While stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base in Louisiana he accepted his call into ministry and was licensed in June 1982, growing under the mentorship of several pastors while serving in music ministry. After returning from Osan Air Base in Korea in 1988 he joined St. Stephen's Baptist Church, where he taught Bible study. In 1991 he began nearly six years with the Bexar County Sheriff's Office. In 1996 he met Karliss Kimbrough, and they married on December 6, 1997. In 2004 he began assisting his wife in prison ministry, and out of that work Grace House of Refuge Outreach Ministries was born, followed in 2007 by Grace House of Refuge Church, where he serves as Pastor and Teacher under her apostolic covering. He is a musician, teacher, intercessor and mentor, and serves as an Engagement Center Director with the Bexar County Community Supervision and Corrections Department. He holds a bachelor's degree in occupational education from Wayland Baptist University.

Elder Travis Allen is a chaplain, minister, author and Bible teacher serving at Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church in Lilburn, Georgia, under the mentorship of Bishop Dr. William L. Sheals. Called to preach in 2008, he delivered his initial sermon and was ordained in 2012, and today serves as Assistant Director of Ministries at Hopewell. He ministers from a philosophy he calls "Retrieved to Retrieve," serving others from the place of having himself been spiritually found. He holds a Certificate in Biblical Studies from the City of Hope Bible Institute and a Certificate in Chaplaincy from Aidan University, and serves as a certified and practicing chaplain for the Daystar Convention. With more than thirty years of ministry service, he oversees ministerial candidate development, ordination preparation and minister accountability, and designs the four-module Ministry-in-Training ordination preparation course. He is the author of "The Jonah in Me: A Journey from Resistance to Obedience Through God's Relentless Grace," published by FriesenPress in 2026 as the first book of The Unfiltered Series. He is a regular presenter at national conferences on servant leadership, church leadership and unity.

Apostle Anthony J. Hatcher, Ph.D., is the Apostle and Overseer of Faith Life Outreach Christian Kathedral and The Faith Life Covenant Ministries International, where he partners in ministry with his wife, Pastor Charlene Hatcher, at the headquarters in Rockledge, Florida. He is known as a premier leader in establishing churches through apostolic authority, and as a multifaceted leader whose gifts have caused him to be sought out by leaders of many backgrounds to address religious, business, political, civic and educational issues. He holds degrees in Biblical Studies, Christian Counseling, Christian Education and Divinity, and received his Ph.D. in Religious Studies from Tabernacle Bible College, after which he was named President of Faith Life Christian University. He is listed in Who's Who in America Universities and Colleges, was recognized by the President of the United States with the Great American Family of the Year Award, and holds keys to the cities of Rockledge, Cocoa and Cocoa Beach, where September 25 is recognized as Apostle Anthony Hatcher and Faith Life Outreach Christian Kathedral Day. He is committed to preaching sound doctrine in a form precise enough that every believer can apply wisdom in a time of crisis.

Pastor Dr. Charlene Hatcher is a seasoned and anointed leader with more than twenty-five years of pastoral ministry. She serves as Senior Pastor of Faith Life Outreach Christian Kathedral in Rockledge, Florida, alongside her husband of more than fifty years, Apostle Anthony Hatcher. Together they have built a ministry marked by sound biblical teaching, leadership development and a deep commitment to transforming lives inside the church and throughout the surrounding community. She is known for her passion for the Word of God, her compassionate pastoral care, and her ability to help others grow in faith and walk boldly in purpose. Her leadership reflects both spiritual maturity and practical wisdom drawn from decades of hands-on service. She holds a Ph.D. in Religious Studies from Tabernacle Bible College, a master's degree in Christian Counseling and a bachelor's degree in Biblical Studies from Brevard Christian University. She and Apostle Hatcher are the parents of five children and grandparents of eleven.

FirstLady Teacher Charmaine K. Felix, ATh., BTh., was born in Trinidad, West Indies, and educated at Brighton Anglican Primary School and Point Fortin Junior High School and College before migrating to the United States. Thirty-three years ago she heard the call of the Lord and answered in obedience, being baptized and serving faithfully as church secretary and planning committee coordinator at her home church, Mt. Nebo S.B.C. in Brooklyn, New York. In 2005 she moved to Florida and began working closely alongside her husband, Apostle Dr. Felix, founder and under-shepherd of El Shaddai Bible Ministries, Inc. Aware of the mantle on her life, she earned an Associate Degree and then a Bachelor's Degree in Theology at Community Bible Seminary Brevard, and is presently enrolled in the master's program. She heads the women's group Women of Purpose at El Shaddai, has been a regular speaker at the Five Fold Ministry Symposium at the Daystar Convention, and serves on the board of the Hope Love Dynamic Movement of Trinidad and as a lead woman of DDM Women Around The Table. She celebrates thirty years of marriage to Apostle Dr. Felix, and their family includes children and grandchildren. The word she leaves with those she teaches is Psalm 119:105: "Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path."

Dr. Diane Mann is a third generation minister of the gospel who has traveled extensively singing and preaching. Across thirty years of full-time ministry she has served as a minister of music, evangelist, educator, conference speaker and senior pastor. She is a graduate of Southeastern Theological Seminary with a doctorate in ministry. Her recording "It's Time to Praise" has ministered to many, and her book "Miracle on 13th Street" is a source of encouragement to any who desire to be New Testament Christians. She is in her fifteenth year as Senior Pastor of the 4th Avenue International Worship Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, a multicultural church that ministers to ten different nationalities each week.

Prophetess Kameela Gulley is a prophetess, minister and teacher serving under the leadership of Apostle Priscella Parker of Rivers of Life Restoration Ministry, with whom she has worked for more than fifteen years in building the Kingdom of God. She graduated from Florida State University with bachelor's degrees in International Business and International Affairs, and continued her education at Concordia University, where she earned a master's degree in Educational Leadership and Curriculum Development. She has worked in the public school system for ten years and has owned and operated businesses in retail and business consulting. She is a woman of God who seeks the heart of God so that His truth may be revealed to His people.

Rhona Hernandez was born in Trinidad and Tobago and raised in a devout Anglican home, where even as a child she felt a calling to serve the Lord and her community, cleaning the church and helping the elderly prepare for communion. As a young adult she migrated to New York City and joined Jesus Family Ministries, where her commitment led to ordination as a Deaconess and later to service as a Minister. She then moved to Texas and served three years as a Minister at Lone Star Baptist Church before returning to Florida to be near family. After visiting several churches she found her spiritual home at Daystar Ministries in 2020, a decision she considers a divine appointment, and embraced her responsibilities as Minister and Armor Bearer to Apostle Dr. Sandra Mitchell. Her unwavering commitment to prayer, particularly for the sick and for those in need, exemplifies a servant's heart and a belief in the power of faith. Her journey has now reached a new milestone as she embraces service in the office of Elder at Daystar. A three-time breast cancer conqueror, her resilience and unwavering faith are an inspiration to all who know her. She is the proud mother of two and grandmother of seven.

Pastor Maxine McLymont was born in the parish of Clarendon, May Pen, Jamaica, and educated at Vere Technical High School in Hayes, where she met the husband to whom she has now been married more than forty years. She is the mother of two adult daughters, Kemoy and Ashlee. After migrating to the United States she worked as a certified nursing assistant before enrolling at Broward College to pursue nursing, passing her boards on graduation while working night shifts at Northwest Medical Hospital in Margate, Florida. She spent fifteen years as a registered nurse with Vitas Healthcare, then earned a bachelor's degree in nursing from Southern University, and now serves with Empath Hospice. Having a pastor's heart, she was ordained as Women's Pastor at Faith Chapel, where she serves on the pastoral team. She studied for many years at Christ Jesus University and was awarded an honorary master's degree in biblical studies. Her favorite psalm is Psalm 133: "Behold how good and pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity."

Evangelist Sarah Nobles brings more than forty-seven years of experience in the funeral industry. Her journey began at age fifteen, working as a musician for Range Funeral Home, where she learned from Mrs. Athalie Range, the first Black woman to own a funeral home in Miami. She later earned an Associate of Science in Mortuary Science from Miami Dade College and, after becoming a licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer, worked in both independent and corporate-owned funeral homes. She holds four licenses and four certifications from the State of Florida, making her a multi-credentialed funeral professional, and also holds licensure with the Georgia Department of Insurance. She has managed two corporate funeral homes and one independently owned home, and is well versed in serving diverse communities across secular and religious traditions. She is a member of 100 Black Women in Funeral Service, the National Funeral Directors and Morticians Association, the National Embalmers Society, Funeral Divas, and the Pompano and Deerfield Beach Chamber of Commerce, and works with local homeless shelters, St. Jude Hospital and recovery fellowships.

Lucyanne Licausi-Baniel is a dedicated wife and mother of two, a Nurse Coach and Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach with extensive experience as a Registered Nurse in intensive care, oncology and plastic surgery. Inspired by her own healing journey through trauma, self-doubt and suppressed grief, she found her purpose in helping others walk the same road. She created EmpowerHER: A Journey to Self-Love, Healing, and Transformation, a program designed to help women recover from narcissistic abuse, trauma, addiction and self-doubt while addressing guilt, disconnection from self and limiting beliefs. Her mission is to shift the narrative on self-care, helping women overcome these challenges and creating a ripple effect of healing and empowerment in their lives and communities.

For more than twenty-five years Elder Kimberly Clayton has served as a worship leader, carrying the assignment to create atmospheres where heaven touches earth. Three years ago her life was shattered when her husband was murdered, and in the early stages of grief she lost the very thing that had always anchored her: her voice. The sound that once broke chains and lifted burdens fell silent beneath the weight of pain. The Holy Spirit reminded her of a truth she had forgotten, that there is power in her mouth, healing in her sound and victory in her shout. The moment she stepped back into her place as a worshipper, her healing accelerated and her voice returned with fire, authority and purpose. She stands today as a living testimony of what happens when the written Word of God is joined to the released sound of a believer. Her assignment is to help others understand the power of their own sound, in worship, prayer, declaration and warfare.
