Lucyanne Licausi-Baniel, RN

Lucyanne Licausi-Baniel is a dedicated wife and mother of two, a Nurse Coach and Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach with extensive experience as a Registered Nurse in intensive care, oncology and plastic surgery. Inspired by her own healing journey through trauma, self-doubt and suppressed grief, she found her purpose in helping others walk the same road. She created EmpowerHER: A Journey to Self-Love, Healing, and Transformation, a program designed to help women recover from narcissistic abuse, trauma, addiction and self-doubt while addressing guilt, disconnection from self and limiting beliefs. Her mission is to shift the narrative on self-care, helping women overcome these challenges and creating a ripple effect of healing and empowerment in their lives and communities.
