Ricky Morival

Ricky Morival holds a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Florida Atlantic University, with minors in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. His career spans nearly a decade across insurance, sales analytics and healthcare technology. He began at Alliance as an insurance agent while supporting help desk and information technology operations.

At American Health Marketplace, he worked as a health insurance agent and sales analyst. He built SQL and Power BI reports that informed forecasts and process improvements. Ricky now serves as IT and Operations Manager at Flora Health, a pharmaceutical marketing company. He leads technology operations, security and compliance, drawing on his experience across sales, data and information technology.
