Esther Morival

Esther Morival is a construction project manager and creative leader with a background in civil engineering. She manages multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects, coordinating owners, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to deliver complex transportation work. She applies the same planning and coordination skills to theatrical ministry, bringing music, dance, drama, costuming, technical production and stage design into a single production.

Esther began serving in her church’s dance ministry at age six. She has ministered in churches throughout South Florida, assisted in leading the FreedomGRC Dance Workshop and choreographed performances for multiple age groups. As the workshop developed into a theatre ministry, her responsibilities grew to include creative development, production planning, choreography and mentorship.

For FreedomGRC 2026, Esther directed and produced the original theatrical production The Preparation of the Bride: Through Heaven’s Eyes. She led an intergenerational cast and oversaw the integration of the production’s theatrical, musical, choreographic, costume and technical elements. Her work also focuses on developing leaders and using strategic planning and the performing arts to support faith and purpose.
