Pastor Abraham Mitchell

Pastor Abraham Mitchell serves as Vice President, Operations of FGRC and Legacy Pact. As the President’s right hand, he carries the operations of the convention end to end, from programme and operations through vendors, venue and staffing.

Pastor Abraham Mitchell is a retail sales and operations leader with more than 10 years of experience building and coaching teams in technology-driven, customer-facing environments. During eight roles at Best Buy, he advanced from product expert to multi-store category leader. His teams generated more than $25 million in premium in-home and in-store revenue while leading the market in close rates and customer satisfaction.

He also managed a third-party installation and service network across the central and southeast regions. He later rebuilt an underperforming service team into a top 35 precinct nationally. Most recently, he led field insights, training and regional sales for Meta wearables across national retail partners. His work centers on turning field data into sales strategy and developing leaders for promotion.
