Alexsandria Mitchell is a business leader, entrepreneur and ministry servant with experience in account management, operations, client relations and program development. As an Account Manager at McKesson, she managed client relationships, coordinated solutions and supported business accounts in a large corporate environment. She has also led operations for tax and financial services businesses, overseeing teams, internal processes, client experience and training programs.
She is Co-Founder and Director of Operations at Blue Hero Tax and Co-Founder of GoRefer. Over nearly a decade in tax preparation, tax software sales, business operations and technology-based service delivery, she has managed projects, built partnerships, written standard operating procedures and coordinated outreach.
Alexsandria served at Friendship-West for eight years, including mentoring and leading young women. She now directs next generation strategy for FreedomGRC, holding both NextGen for ages 7 to 17 and Kids Club for ages 1 to 6 in a single portfolio. That work covers programming, curriculum, volunteers, workshops, special events and faith-centered experiences for children and teenagers. Through Legacy Pact, she applies her operations and program experience to initiatives serving families and future generations.
