Born in the beautiful twin-island nation of Trinidad and Tobago, Apostle Stephen Clarke was called into ministry at an early age. Since answering God’s call, he has traveled extensively throughout the United States and internationally, conducting revivals and faithfully proclaiming the whole counsel of God.

Apostle Clarke is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Spirit of Praise International Center in Hollywood, Florida. In addition to his apostolic calling, God has greatly used him in the prophetic ministry under a powerful anointing, bringing encouragement, direction, and spiritual insight to the Body of Christ.

A devoted servant of God, Apostle Clarke is committed to a lifestyle of prayer, fasting, and the diligent study of God’s Word. He dedicates himself to feeding God’s people with fresh, life-changing biblical teaching and preaching each week. His passion for ministry is matched by his devotion to family, and he treasures the time spent with his beloved wife, Michele, and their two children, Destiny and Joshua.

Apostle Clarke is also the author of the insightful book The Prophet Has Spoken: When Will It Come to Pass, which addresses the important subject of personal prophecy and its fulfillment in the life of the believer.
