Chief Apostle Reginald E. Parker — a man on a mission for the glory of God — was born June 10, 1960, in Monroe, Louisiana. He is the son of the late Mr. Robert C. Parker and Mrs. Alberta Parker.

Currently residing in Spring Hill, Florida, Apostle Parker continues to be an influential figure to his family, in his professional endeavors, and in his spiritual leadership. His life and work are a testament to his enduring commitment to his faith, his family, and his community. He is Chief Apostle of Rivers of Life Restoration Ministry, Inc., in New Port Richey, Florida.

Chief Parker is married to Overseer Apostle Priscella Parker, and together they have built a strong family legacy. They are the parents of a blended family of seven children, fifteen grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. His family life is an integral part of his identity, and they support and inspire him as a husband, father, and grandfather.

Chief Parker has made significant contributions both in the field of Biblical Studies and in the business world. In addition to his scholarly accomplishments, Apostle Parker has had a long and successful career in the construction industry, spanning 47 years. He is the CEO of Repar Enterprises, LLC, a business that serves clients across Arkansas and Louisiana and now operates in the State of Florida, where its headquarters are located in Spring Hill.
