Lucyann Licausi Baniel is a dedicated wife and mother of two. She is a Nurse Coach and Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach with extensive experience as a Registered Nurse in the ICU, Oncology, and Plastic Surgery fields.

Inspired by her own healing journey from trauma, self-doubt, and suppressed grief, Lucyann found her purpose in helping others. She created EmpowerHER: A Journey to Self-Love, Healing, and Transformation — a program designed to help women recover from narcissistic abuse, trauma, addiction, and self-doubt while addressing guilt, disconnection to self, and limiting beliefs.

Lucyann’s mission is to shift the narrative on self-care, helping women overcome these challenges and creating a ripple effect of healing and empowerment in their lives and communities.
