Apostle Priscella Parker, born in Miami, Florida, is the second of thirteen children. She accepted Christ as her Savior in 1982 and has since dedicated her life to spreading the Gospel and serving others. In 1994, she founded the Rivers of Life Restoration Ministry in Tampa, Florida, where she serves as both pastor and leader in Apostolic-Prophetic ministry. Consecrated as an Apostle in 2007, she has championed women's leadership roles in ministry and serves as a mentor to many. Apostle Parker is married to Chief Apostle Reginald Parker and is a mother of three biological children and four through marriage. Her ministry initiatives include outreach programs such as food pantries, evangelism, and youth and women’s ministries, empowering individuals to fulfill their destinies. She is also an advocate against child injustices and a member of NAACP. Known for her motto, “KEEP IT MOVING,” she continues to inspire lives with faith and dedication.
