Apostle Dr. Oswald T. Felix was born in Fishing Pond, Trinidad and Tobago, and began his spiritual journey in 1977. He was ordained as a Deacon in 1993 and later became a Pastor in 1999. He holds degrees in Christian Studies, Theology (Bachelor, Master, and Doctorate), and a Ph.D. in Theology. In 2005, Dr. Felix relocated to Florida and founded El Shaddai Bible Ministries Inc., where he serves as Senior Pastor. He also holds leadership roles as Vice President of the Community Bible Institute and Seminary Brevard and as Chairperson of the North Port Chapter of 1199 Retirees in Florida. Additionally, he is a chaplain for the North Port Police Department and oversees ministries in Haiti and Trinidad. Consecrated as a Bishop and Apostle in 2016, Dr. Felix is deeply committed to Matthew 28:19-20, promoting the Kingdom of God through teaching, prayer, and outreach.
