The closing night

A celebration with work to do.

The Freedom Charity Ball brings the community together and turns the convention’s final night toward year-round purpose.

Why the night exists

The ball closes the convention, but its purpose reaches beyond the week. Dinner, music and formal celebration create a place where families, churches, businesses and community partners can gather around work that continues after the ballroom is cleared.

The evening also recognizes service. The Humanitarian Award brings attention to people whose ministry and community work demonstrate the responsibility FreedomGRC wants to strengthen.

What the giving supports

Proceeds from the Charity Ball support charitable work carried through Daystar Ministries and the Legacy Pact Foundation.

Children and families

The back-to-school effort places practical school-year support directly into the hands of local children and families.

Community partnership

Work with the Coral Springs Police Department connects local outreach with families and needs close to home.

Mission work in Haiti

International mission work supports churches, pastors and an orphanage connected to the ministry’s long-term relationships in Haiti.

Celebration opens the door. Partnership carries the work.

A ticket places a guest in the room. Tables, sponsorships, auction participation and direct giving allow families and organizations to take a larger role in the work connected to the evening.

An annual tradition

The theme changes. The reason remains.

Each Charity Ball has its own creative identity, entertainment and formal program. Every edition closes the convention by honoring people, gathering the community and directing attention toward service.
